Immoderately entertained...
So, I was thinking about six word fics. And slash. And stuff. And my favourite anecdote ever.

(I was going to use my Spock "that's not canon" icon but, y'know, practically was...)
Further on the Star Trek theme, I am both entertained and a little dismayed at the prospect of a prequel film. I mean, TOS love always, and you know me and Spock, and I've always had a sneaking fondness for Chekhov (though presumably he wouldn't be in a prequel since he only joined the Enterprise later, though you know prequels - they always have to fit everyone in), and Bones wins, but it could go so horribly, horribly wrong. I fear, darlings.
JJ Abrams: Ruin it and die!!!
And I am *very* amused by the bizarre ooh-rumours-about-Jensen-being-Captain-Kirk thing at the moment, cuz while I think he would be perfectly able to do it (if lacking a little of Shatner's panache because, let's face it, who can equal the mighty Shatner? No-one, that's who), it's not a real rumour, it's just fangirls getting over-excited, and then spiralling out of control. Quite comical to watch, if a little alarming as well.
