Housework is my favourite and my best...
Today I have:
- Done some actual, professional, paid-for work. (Go me.)
- Drawn a work!C21st Justice cartoon.
- Opened two new bank accounts.
- Had confirmation of the booking for Ten Inch Hero. (Yay. And *fear*. In equal measures.)
- Bought Katie's and my tickets for the Platform on Friday.
- Tried not to pay too much heed to the birthday-present-from-Katie hints that Emma has been sending me. (Yes. Yes indeed. Emma emailed Katie and Katie told her what my birthday present was. And, apparently, condoned Bullying Friday ON MY BIRTHDAY which as any fule kno is just plain wrong.)
- Listened to the end of Hay Fever and some Victoria Wood whilst making Bakewell tart. (I made my First One Ever at the grandparents' on Sunday and it unexpectedly turned out perfectly, so we are now quite enamoured.)
- Written a speedy thank you note to the grandparentals.
- Tidied, actually *tidied* in the hall and living room. (A bit.)
- Realised that I still haven't posted about my hols and the grandparental sojourn. This may or may not come, depending on my mood.
- Sadly discovered that there is not a Wikiquote page for Charlie & Lola. *sad face* This is clearly quite wrong.
