Genfic! Genfic in this fandom! I would be delighted by that alone, but it's really GOOD genfic on top of it. I love how clearly this shows the madness that John's life has become since he met Sherlock, and the combination of exasperation and grudging fondness with which he deals with Sherlock's irritating habits, and all the ways you suggest Sherlock getting into various infinite amounts of trouble with just a couple of lines of text or a voice call.
