"You are driving me crazy. No wonder your fake husband moved to Hong Kong."
1. Thanks to
chiasmata, I have songs from Juno in my head. La. I love that soundtrack.
2. A series of Being Human has been commissioned by the BBC - huzzah! Very pleased by this as the pilot was ace with a capital A. And a C. And maybe an E, but the jury's still out...
3. Fucking uniform fucking sucks.
4. My fic mojo appears to have returned - let there be rejoicing throughout the land!! Or, OK, mild excitement from me.
5. Had dinner last night with Katherine and Helen, which was swell. Just swell.*
6. I ♥ BSG. Just totally seriously. Baltar talking to himself. Seriously. ♥ I love them all.
7. Booth and the clap. I swear he loved just saying it...
8. Work is simultaneously lovely and shit. Funny how that works. Today (and I would like you to note that is is not even Bullying Friday) Emma told me that when I had a baby, it would do anything not to come out because I would bore it with random historical trivia. Actually, writing that out, I think it was one of those things where you had to be there to appreciate the humour...
9. Am all ready to vote in the election. I do so love being politically active.
10. Have read so much trashy historical fiction recently that my head might actually for real explode.
* 10 extra shiny points to anyone identifying the quote...

We received our election booklets – six copies because we clearly need one each – yesterday. I spent an enjoyable evening ranting and annoying my housemates about it. I loved the remember-when-England-was-a-green-and-pleasant-land party. Yes, my major concern in that mayoral elections is that we celebrate St Paddy’s day. I mean, how awful, I feel so excluded, not being Irish and all. There are some mad people about. And what does abortion have to do with the mayoral elections? Surely that’s not in the mayors remit?
