My Hair
I do quite love my hair (even if, as my mother pointed out not too long ago, "ooh, it's getting a bit thin, isn't it!"). Admittedly, it's bizarre having hair the colour of which you cannot actually name, but c'est la vie. Anyway, I like it. I like having people stroke it. (Not just anyone. Personal boundaries ahoy.) Hair is good.
Fic
I also love reading and writing fic. Invariably when I discover a new TV show or something, the first thing I do is see if I can find fic for it. And then sometimes I'll write it myself. I've actually written quite a lot of fic (I reckon probably over 200 stories), of varying degrees of quality. I can't really write anything long and dense, though: my stuff is usually lighter and more fragmented, but none the worse for that, I think.
The Bread Machine
Our bread machine is awesome. It makes pizza! And doughballs! I actually wrote a thing about it which I will share here:
Go out the sounds of heralds on the morn
All clad in gold and crimson, richly dress’d—
To thus announce fair April’s day will come
When all to Fangirl Towers shall make way.
The ladies beg, bring prithee wine and cake
Or else on yonder cheesy puffs be fed,
Unless, by heaven’s grace, as on a sweet
Bright dawn doth smile, thine hosts shall make good use
Of that machine that lately came from Argos,
All stainless steel and plastic black as night
That makes full size a loaf of bread so fine
That will provide on such as a night as this
A number great of those small doughballs sweet
That drench’d in garlic and some butter too
Would tempt the jaded appetite of God.

Without it my world would crumble. What else is there to say? *gets up to hug the TV*

RAWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. See? See, HCA? This is what I am famed for. Rawr. UNIFORMS FOR ADULTS ARE DEGRADING AND WRONG. ALSO, MAUVE IS A STUPID COLOUR. RAWRRRRR.
