This and that, hither and yon...

Jizzy Chrizzy, the Great Hunt for Squeenie's Next Job (2009) has begun. I have faxed off my CV to about a million places, have an interview tomorrow at 8am (seriously? At what point did I think that was a good idea?), and hopefully another next week. Also have a couple more whatsits in the fire. Awesomesauce. However, WHY ARE ALL MY TIGHTS NAVY? WHY? I HAVE NO NAVY CLOTHES. So, this evening's epic quest will be finding either (a) black tights or (b) (preferred) plain tights. Ave atque vale...

I hope the interview went well this morning, although I have to ask: do you really want to work for a company that schedule's interviews for 8am? Because they're clearly CRAZY.

(Also, have you seen the recent interview with Preston where he says he regrets how he acted on Buzzcocks? Oh, the lols.)

Oh, Preston, you tiny tool...!

Interview was so-so. The 8 am thing was unfortunate ALTHOUGH it did mean I didn't have to take time off work, so that's always a bonus in the job interview stakes.

CHRISTIAN KANE IS WATCHING YOU.

And he maybe quite likes it.

OF COURSE HE DOES LOOK AT HIS LITTLE SMILE!!!!!

I totally need more Kane/Eliot icons. ONE IS NOT ENOUGH.

PS I posted books the other day but apparently there's some sort of ill-defined postal strike going on, so who knows...

It's hard to keep track of who's striking these days. Hopefully the sheer brilliance of what you've sent will overcome the inadequacies of the postal service.
