Ah yes. Mon petit frere. Graduated from Manchester with an English degree (2.i; everyone said he should have got a first). Bit of a brain box in that respect. Talking with ma mere about his career:

Chris: I'm going to ingratiate myself with the senior managers.
M: Oh, not ingratiate. It makes you sound like Uriah Heep.
Chris: I'm not a heap.
