Wireless Routers. Anyone know anything about them? Here in the Love Nest we are ignorant like frogs, but must needs get one. How do they work? What do the numbers mean? How much do you have to pay for one? Which ones are good and which bad?

Basically, does anyone either know all of the above and fancies educating us, or know of a reliable, up-to-date and easy to understand source of information about them? Twould be greatly appreciated.
