♥ Am tidying today. Bedroom is utter tip (as usual).

♥ May make cupcakes, depending on how tidying goes.

♥ We made lasagna last night - yum. Also ap crum. And Katie forced me to make custard. I am, as I have always said, the very image of Cinderella.

♥ We watched Friday Night Lights last night (film not TV) but got bored, and stopped, and watched National Treasure instead. La. I love that film, even though it's ridiculous, and am looking forward to the sequel.

♥ I really need to get a hair cut.

♥ And I have been missing birthdays left, right and centre. Shame on me! Slightly belated birthday wishes to keladeekadys and r_scribbles, and on time b.w. to chiasmata!

Today has not been too bad at all. Tidied a bit. Sang at my father. Made pink cup cakes (actually quite tasty). Finished off New Moon. Made a start on Size Doesn't Matter. Chatted to Kathye and had a joint Amazon rant. Watched Gossip Girl. Had a shower. Made some species of pear and apple compote (vee nice, if I say it myself). Made a foolish decision re shower gel - neither Supadrug nor Boots had our usual one, so I made a choice in which the chief (oh, OK, only) criterion was the colour. I did manage to get one that was almost the exact shade of green of the Natural whatnot Tea Tree & Peppermint one. Sadly it is original Radox flavoured so I now smell like a man from the 70s. Katie is dismantling the Christmas tree. She had to start without me on account of having to leave the downstairs cupboard open, little knowing that actually I don't like taking decorations down, only putting them up. See, see how I fooled her there! Also did lots of laundry. Vehemently don't want to go to work tomorrow.
