My friend had to pay £20 for a bus journey because she forgot to touch in on her Oystercard. (She normally gets on a bus where you get on at the front and can't relaly forget.) But not only did they fine her £20 they took her Oystercard away from her! What's that all about? Gah TFL Gah. Let's hope they spend all our money on making the trains work. There's a hope.
