Yes, quite. I was very annoyed by bloke on BBC news saying in sceptical tones "and the [British, but they didn't specify that] government declined to comment, saying that the decision was down to the Scottish Minister for Justice"
YES, INDEED, that would be because that is a true statement, Whatever you think of the decision, all these people who think the Scottish judiciary weren't competent to judge it can, frankly, just fuck off, because they are wrong.
