Oh this is brilliant. I do love Rose/Scorpius but it is so hard to find fics with them that treat them like real people. I actually really liked the fact that they didn't end up together, just because it makes narrative sense, doesn't mean that it has to happen. You portrayed them both as normal teenagers, although Rose seems to be more than slightly crazy, and I loved it.
My absolute favourite line though is the one about Rose getting compared to her mother because seriously, how many times does that happen in fics?
Have you read Fern Withy's work, she has a similar take on Rose/Scorpius.
