As I kinda predicted it was fine at work but its gone at home. I guess this suggests it may be the type of connection you have, but as Im not n expert I will shut up now ;)

I was getting 'Time out' at work, but now it's simply cannot find server.

Well, I get 'connection refused' on Mozilla, 'cannot find page' on IE, and 'connection closed by remote server' on Opera..........
