chaletianSo, this weekend, eh? Katie and I went to Kingston yesterday for to carry out our immense Christmas List of Organisational Genius (as distinct, of course, from our Colour Coded Christmas Chart of Glorious Genius). We did pretty much everything we had planned (and I pur-chased a rather fetching teal top from UNIQLO, which I shouldn't have done for now I have no money at all, but that's me for you, viz vee stupid). We were also very, very silly and possibly giggly. But la. Such is the way of Saturday shopping. And I got a treat in the shape of a brownie and jelly tot milkshake. Yum. Katie wins.
Anyway, this killed me dead, for I have absolutely zero stamina (truly, am ludicrously pathetic), so I entirely failed to reclaim the night or howl at Alexandra Palace. Boo, say I, for my crapness.![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
morganmuffle and slemslempike (and, I believe, alicamel, though I did not see her so it may have been A Giant Ruse) came back with Katie, and I made brunch. I love making brunch. (A sidenote: Katie's writing porn... Jensen's nearly naked and she's not sure she can go through with it... the question of who's on top is a crucial one... Nick's taken his jumper off and Jensen's shirt is unbuttoned...) Also made cake. Yum.
We watched Stormbreaker (as genius on a second viewing) and a startling amount of Hannah Montana (ooh, just had to take a moment to encourage Katie in her fledgling porn career, excuse me...). AND (drum roll please) I have discovered Battlestar Galactica, which is the first straight sci-fi I've watched in ages, and I LOVE it. Looking forward to watching it all.
I shall now go and shower. Physically, I mean. Possibly my brain needs a shower too, what with the gay porn and all. But then, at least it's not animal porn, so, hey...
