I think Dan had gone slightly mad and was thinking of shooting himself through the head. And Lucas was all 'hey, I love you, Brooke, why you break up with me' to which Brooke was all 'omg, cause I is secretely preggers' and whoever Danneel Harris plays was all 'HA! I am in love with Nathan but you're a whore so that makes me feel better. Now I fall asleep with Nathan's valour award and all is right with the world' and the one I think might be Haley was leading up to the reveal that her brother is some sort of crazy stalker.
