Tell me about it. When you send a support request on a technical issue. They tend to like the technical info, no? So you supply said info, maybe copy an error message or two into things. So why is it passed on to the person fixing it without any of that. I had gone to moderate trouble to explain that X was fine but Y was not. But the request comes through as KT needs X sorting. Why on earth would you not include the body of my email in the request?

The Stupid. Today it is CRB. We registered a new counter-signatory with them. They removed the old one BEFORE the new one was registered, then sent back forms saying they can't process them because we have no valid counter-signatory.... Not to mention they sent them back to someone who left over a year ago! My desk is covered with piles of paper and pink post-it notes. The pink is the only thing making this bearable :-( /whinge
