It was never revealed how old Alex was though... it has been at least 16 years that he has been trapped on the island, but whats to say he wasn't of a similar age when Delen took him onto the island to start with?
It was a little bit Lesleyish (possibly that's back to front but still)
Next week will kill you however. Or at least it will seriously disturb you. It's about as far as I've seen and it ranked with the Sayid episode for upsettingness for me.
