Diary of a Suburban Squeen

*in a very, very small voice, because I feel slightly ashamed about feeling this excited about it* One of my fics was was on crack_impala again.

Anyhow, yes. Last night I was going to make shepherd's pie, but that didn't happen, so we had scrambled eggs instead. La. Because, yes, we got *completely* hooked on the Motivation thread on TWoP, and basically spent the entire evening reading it. Well, I did. Katie looked over my shoulder de temps en temps. Also, I wrote another pome (see below).

And then Helen posted the tragic tale of Steve and his European tour, and Katie constructed Chris getting Steve's phone call, and, ooh, we watched A Matter of Life and Death, which was jolly good indeed, and which I had never seen before.

I'm sorry. My journal is dreadfully boring. I shall go and create a piece of modern multimedia art to revivify it...
